Jubilee Bake off & Bake Sale at Shaw Ridge School on Friday, 27 May from 15:15-16:30.

Get ready for the Shaw Ridge Jubilee Bake off 2022!

The FOSR will be holding a Bake off competition & bake sale on Friday 27th May at our Jubilee event.

Please bring your best of British cakes, treats and offerings on the day of the Jubilee event where they will be judged by cake-enthusiast extraordinaire Mr Lee and Mrs Cowell. The cakes will be judged on the basis of taste and design. There will be two competitions – one for adults & one for children.

Participants will need to drop cakes off in the morning during drop-off, to the main hall from 8:15am. All cakes to be submitted by 9.00am.

The theme is best of British, you may decorate your treats entirely how you would like, so use your imagination and skills to create your own masterpiece!Please clearly label your bakes with your name class and type of cake e.g. Chocolate and Ginger.

Also provide the ingredients used with your cake on a separate piece of paper. Remember that Shaw Ridge is a nut free school, so please do not use nuts in your ingredients. We also ask you not to include alcohol.

There is no charge to enter, but all entrants must be willing to donate their cake for the cake sale at the Jubilee celebration event after school. All cakes will automatically be entered into the competition.

Winners will be announced during the Jubilee event at 4:30pm.

All cakes entered will be made available to purchase in the cake sale.

All proceeds will be put towards the purchase of new equipment and/or enrichment activities for the children.
