In this unique Christmas experience you and your family will meet Santa and two of his reindeer in his amazing grotto, and your ticket also covers you for the main visit to their reindeer experience.

Santa will spend time talking to each child and spreading some festive cheer. He will then present each child with a hand-wrapped gift. Before you head off on your remaining adventure, a photographer will capture the moment forever and your group will be given a photograph to take away with you.

Santa bookings include a visit to meet the reindeer up close in their homes. You will also be able to feed and learn about these fascinating creatures.

During your visit you can take a magical walk through Santa’s Forest of real Christmas trees, lit with thousands of fairy lights. Look out for the elf and fairy houses!

Finally, you can top-off your festive adventure with a family selfie on the sleigh.

The shop/café will be open for you to enjoy a hot drink as well as explore the growing range of unique cards and gifts.

From £21.50 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults will be charged the standard £12.00 reindeer visit fee.

VIP event 24th December – On Christmas Eve, for a modest extra cost (visit Santa £27, accompanying adult/reindeer visitor £18.50) each child will get an extra present from Santa, and all guests are offered a free mulled juice, on request; and each booked group will be offered one free  cup of sweets on arrival.
