April Bakery is based in Blunsdon, Swindon, I am dedicated to bringing you the very best in cake design for Weddings, Birthdays and Celebrations. Covering Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, I offer a professional service from start to finish.

All the cakes are home baked and however big or small, every effort is made to ensure you have the perfect bake.

BIRTHDAY &CELEBRATION CAKES:

April Bakery celebration cakes cater for birthdays, baptisms, wedding anniversaries, christenings, dinner parties, afternoon teas and everything inbetween!

Each cake is personalised for the lucky recipient, making their cake unique and totally special.

​Celebration cakes are made up of 4 layers of sponge with buttercream and fruit preserves. The cakes are then finished with either Belgium chocolate ganache and fondant icing, or buttercream.

Fondant finished cakes included finishes of watercolour painting, glitter, lace and handmade sugar flowers.​

Buttercream cakes include textured finishes, stencil work, icing drips, macarons, geometric cake hearts, fresh flowers and fully loaded chocolates. There really is a design to suit everyone!

Every personalised cake is priced individually according the size and detail chosen in the final design.

Each cake is made of 4 layers of sponge, with buttercream and preserve. Fondant cakes are then covered with white chocolate ganache before adding fondant icing.

Celebration cake orders are subject to a £10 booking fee.

Fondant finished celebration cakes:

CUPCAKES:

There is something really special about a beautiful cupcake. Just the right size for one person, cupcakes bring a little joy to every birthday, wedding and random weekend!

Bespoke cupcakes can be ordered in a minimum quantity of 6 cupcakes, a mixture of 3 flavours.

Cupcakes can be made to any design brief, think unicorns, sugar flowers, birthday messages, the possibilities are endless!
